Project lifecycle

Design through to completion

Our leadership team has managed and delivered projects from initial design through to completion — the whole lifecycle, not a single stage of it.

    Design & procurement

    Design development with consultants, then trade and material procurement.

Leadership & community

Experience and participation

Founded by Steven Motlop, a proud Larrakia man and former AFL player, and led by Managing Director Brendan Cunningham, a qualified carpenter and plasterer with over 20 years in the Australian building industry.

Brendan has delivered projects across commercial, hospitality, defence, education, health and remote community sectors.

Our capability extends to Indigenous engagement — employment pathways, training and local supplier participation across our projects.
